How do I place a bid?
Simply buy $EBAY tokens on any Solana DEX (like Jupiter, Raydium, or Meteora).
Your purchase automatically registers as a bid. The amount you spend (minus tax)
is your bid amount.
What is the minimum bid?
The minimum bid is a flat 3% of the current pot, regardless of how big the pot gets. So:
- Pot of 10 SOL → minimum bid 0.3 SOL
- Pot of 100 SOL → minimum bid 3 SOL
- Pot of 1000 SOL → minimum bid 30 SOL
How does the timer work?
The auction has a 30 second countdown timer. Every time someone places a qualifying
bid (meets the minimum), the timer resets to 30 seconds. When no new bids come in
for 30 seconds, the timer hits zero and the auction ends.
How do I win?
Be the last person to place a qualifying bid before the timer hits zero.
The current high bidder when the auction ends wins the entire prize pot.
Where does the prize pot come from?
The prize pot is funded by the 4% tax on all $EBAY token buys and sells.
The tax accumulates in the prize pot wallet until someone wins the auction.
What happens after an auction ends?
After an auction ends, there's a 60-second cooldown period. During this time,
no bids are accepted. Once the cooldown ends, a new auction automatically begins
with the current pot balance.
Can I sell my $EBAY tokens?
Yes, you can sell $EBAY tokens at any time on any Solana DEX. Sales incur the same
4% tax as buys, which feeds the prize pot.
Is this safe?
$EBAY is a meme token with gamified mechanics. As with all cryptocurrency investments,
